...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN RAY AND
NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM CDT...

At 141 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles south of Braymer, or 14 miles northeast of Richmond, moving
northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Bogard and Stet.
