Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...An elongated 29.9 inch low over the Upper Ohio Valley will deepen to 29.7 inches as it tracks to near Watertown by early this evening. This low will then lift out across Quebec tonight and Thursday while another 29.6 inch low develops and tracks northeast off the mid-Atlantic and New England coastlines. This second low will then retrograde northward and then northwestward across the Canadian Maritimes and Quebec respectively Friday and Saturday. A third 29.5 inch low will then track from the southeastern states northeastward into the western Atlantic Saturday through Sunday... while a 29.8 inch high ridges across the Lower Great Lakes.
