One includes the James River Valley and adjacent areas to the west, and the other is in far northwest North Dakota. Both of these areas are expected to see similar conditions, with northwest winds around 25 to 30 mph gusting to 40 mph and relative humidity as low as 20 percent. There are slight timing differences between the two areas, with the James River Valley segment being a late morning to early evening threat, and the far northwest segment being an early afternoon to late evening threat. In addition, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms could develop late this afternoon and evening and produce erratic and stronger wind gusts.
