Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high will build from the central Great Lakes and Ohio Valley tonight to the lower Great Lakes and Mid Atlantic Friday, then off the Carolina coast Saturday. A 29.3 inch low over the central Plains will then push a warm front into the lower Great Lakes Sunday and Sunday night. A second, stronger area of low pressure will develop over the Central Plains late Monday. The low will deepen to 29.4 inches as it tracks northeast to the Upper Great Lakes Monday night into Tuesday morning. As the system continues to track northeast toward James Bay on Tuesday, its associated cold front will approach the lake late Tuesday.
