...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WAYNE AND NORTHERN
JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 437 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles west of Helm, or 10 miles south of Salem, moving east at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, half inch hail, heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible. Localized street flooding is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Vernon, Fairfield, Wayne City, Woodlawn, Cisne, Dix,
Jeffersonville, Sims, and Johnsonville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 96 and 105.
 Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 63 and 73.
