* Special Marine Warning for...
  Cnetral and Southern Biscayne Bay...
  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 5 NM...

* Until 1045 AM EDT.

* At 945 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Biscayne Bay to Angelfish Key, moving north at
  5 to 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Soldier Key, Turkey Point, Card Sound, Key Biscayne, Biscayne Bay,
  Elliott Key, Cape Florida, and Coral Gables.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
