...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN GOSHEN AND
NORTHEASTERN PLATTE COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM MDT...

At 555 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Fort Laramie, or 17 miles northwest of Torrington, moving northwest
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Laramie, Pine Ridge Estates, and Fort Laramie National Historic
Site.
