offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move
S and SE across the waters and pass S of the area early this
evening. High pressure will build SE across New England tonight
into early Mon, then expand offshore into the area late Mon and
Mon night before slowly shifting S and SE of the area Tue and
Tue night. A weak cold front or trough will approach the coast
Wed and Wed night. A warm front will move move NE over the
northern areas Wed night and trough or weak cold front will move
offshore Thu or Thu night. On Fri and Fri night a cold front will
approach the area from the W.
