...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN SCOTTS BLUFF...
SOUTHWESTERN SIOUX...SOUTHEASTERN NIOBRARA AND NORTHERN GOSHEN
COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 825 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northwest of Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, or 30 miles
north of Torrington, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Torrington, Mitchell, Morrill, Lingle, Henry, Van Tassell, Agate
Fossil Beds National Monument, Southern Hills Estates, Scotts Bluff
County Fairground, Torrington Municipal Airport, Prairie Center, Pine
Ridge Estates, Hwy 85 At Dry Rawhide Creek, and Goshen County
Fairgrounds.
