  Saginaw Bay...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 815 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 36 nm west of Pinconning to 27 nm southwest of
  Linwood to 34 nm southwest of The Mouth Of The Saginaw River,
  moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.

  Bay City Liberty Harbor, The Mouth Of The Saginaw River, and
  Pinconning around 855 PM EDT.
  Quanicassee around 905 PM EDT.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
