* At 309 PM CDT, a powerful surge of easterly winds will are likely
  as a result of dissipating thunderstorms.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison-Dever Crib, Calumet Harbor, Wilmette Harbor, 31st Street
  Harbor, Montrose Harbor, Monroe Harbor, Belmont Harbor, Burnham
