* At 908 PM EDT, a batch of showers producing strong winds was
  located near Wyandotte, or 7 nm northwest of Elizabeth Park
  Marina, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Wyandotte around 915 PM EDT.
  The Ambassador Bridge around 920 PM EDT.
  Belle Isle around 930 PM EDT.
