  Southwestern Doniphan County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until midnight CDT.

* At 1107 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hiawatha,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Highland, Denton, Severance, Leona, Fanning, and Bendena.

A private weather station halfway between Fairview and Hiawatha
recently reported a gust to 68 mph.
